Jenny Owens now Jenny Lyons is a three time Winter Olympian for Australia. She competed in the Salt Lake City 2002 Olympics as an alpine ski racer, and then went on to race ski cross in Vancouver 2010 and Sochi 2014. Jenny shares an honest chat of how she became a skier, the evolution of her competitive ski career, what the olympics was like, overcoming injuries, goals, what life is like after hanging up her skis and being a new mother.
